Hello! I know I wrote a post in JANUARY…seriously, nearly a year ago…about how I was going to be more active in this space. Well, that never happened. Whoops! I really don’t know why, either. I’m always thinking of things I’d like to share with y’all, but I just never seem to sit down and actually do it. I also wonder, are blogs really a thing anymore? I think most people just use social media as a way to share information, but sometimes I’ve got more to say than folks want to read on Facebook. I guess what I’m trying to say is, I’m just going to pick up where I intended to in January and start posting updates and information here. I’ll be one of the lone ‘bloggers’ in the world, and I’ll be really surprised if anyone besides my mom reads it.
So, let’s begin!
I’ve got a few new holiday traditions (can you call it a tradition if it’s the very first year? I say you can!) I’m starting this year and I wanted to talk a little more about each of them. First on the list are FREE Christmas printables. I’ve been looking for a way to give something back to you, the buyer, for doing a bit of your Christmas shopping in my shop. I thought a free printable sounded like a good place to start. This year, with every order you place, you’ll receive an email with a PDF file featuring a fun, festive printable. So far, I’ve got two choices for y’all! You can choose from Home Alone or Away In A Manger. One is quite funny and the other is pretty traditional.
Here is the Home Alone option. I used my favorite line from Lennie McCallister. Poor Kevin, he really doesn’t want to have to sleep with Fuller! I put mine in a 5×7 ikea frame and it looks really cute.
Here is the more traditional option. Away In A Manger is one of my absolute favorite Christmas songs, and I thought this would look really cute framed and sitting on my mantle. I printed mine at 8×10 and it looks prefect.
Ok, I think that about sums up the information on the printables. I’ve got a couple more exciting things to talk about in the coming weeks, but I’ll let you go for now.
